Intertek/ LNG Canada Project
Ensuring compliance of the surface preparation, protective coating application, passive fire protective coating application and insulation (acoustic, cold, cryogenic, hot and thermal) installation to LNG Canada’s specification.
- Coating/insulation/fire proofing inspection / quality surveillance at coating shops/plants/site.
- Documenting daily QA/QC and Coating/Insulation/Fire Proofing inspection reports.
- Auditing & qualification of contractors.
- Coating failure investigations and proffering workable solutions,
- Performing internal inspection of vessels in accordance with the inspection plan.
- Reviewing and updating the surface cleaning requirements needed for inspection and examinations,
- Identifying and documenting any required repairs, including ensuring all regulatory rules are followed and completing regulatory forms,
